PERILAKU BULLYING VERBAL DI TEMPAT KERJA: PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP STRES DAN KEPUASAN KERJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak perilaku bullying verbal di tempat kerja terhadap tingkat stres dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Menggunakan metode library research, kajian ini menganalisis literatur yang berkaitan dengan bullying verbal, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Temuan dari berbagai sumber menunjukkan bahwa bullying verbal memiliki dampak signifikan pada kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan, meningkatkan stres, dan menurunkan kepuasan kerja. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi manajemen organisasi dalam memahami pentingnya lingkungan kerja yang positif serta rekomendasi untuk intervensi dan pencegahan bullying di tempat kerja.
